We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description about company, role, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, maybe skills. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to capture: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing Trystar and the role? The posting includes a lot of company description. Could be considered "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections: About the role (maybe summarizing the description of the role and company). Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. Requirements: basic qualifications? Qualifications: additional qualifications? Skills: maybe combine? But we need to avoid thin sections. We can combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including basic and additional qualifications), Skills (maybe specific technical skills). However we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. Let's extract substantive content: Company description and role overview: "Trystar is at the forefront of advancing power solutions... As a big name and pioneer... We’re committed to growing... Our cutting-edge headquarters... You’ll find that we’re also pushing boundaries... Together, we are Trystar... Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of a Staff PCB Design Engineer – Power Electronics to join our innovative engineering team at our Houston, TX; Merrimack, NH; Waukesha, WI; Charlotte, NC; Loveland, CO; Mayfield, KY; Seattle, WA sites, this is an on-site position. As a key contributor, you will lead PCB design and layout for complex power conversion and control electronics used in high-power, high-voltage systems. Working closely with electrical, mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and compliance engineers, you will translate electrical and mechanical requirements into robust, manufacturable PCB assemblies from concept through to production release. Your expertise in mixed-signal, high-voltage, high-current, high-speed, and high-frequency layout will be critical to successful product development. At the Staff level, you will also lead PCB design reviews, mentor other designers and engineers, and help establish PCB standards, libraries, documentation, and design practices across the organization. We are looking for people who believe in our guiding principles and values of: Safety – ... Integrity – ... Customer focus – ... Right with speed – ... Play for each other – ... Champion change – ... Enjoy the journey – ..." Then "In this role you will get to:" list of responsibilities. Then "Job Requirements:" Basic Qualifications list. Then "Additional Qualifications" list. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Thus we can structure:

    About the role

Trystar is at the forefront of advancing power solutions... (the company overview and role description up to the guiding principles). Could be long but okay. Then

    Responsibilities

    • Lead PCB placement and routing for complex power electronics including gate-driver, control, sensing, communications, customer I/O, power-interface, and test assemblies.
    • ... etc (list each bullet from "In this role you will get to:" plus maybe earlier responsibilities like lead PCB design reviews, mentor, etc. Actually those are also responsibilities. We can combine. Then

      Requirements

We could include both Basic Qualifications and Additional Qualifications as a combined list? But they are distinct. Could make two subsections? But we only allowed headings from list; we could still use

for Requirements and then within that have

      for basic qualifications and

      for additional qualifications, or use

        for each. Better:

        Requirements

        Basic Qualifications

          ... (list each bullet)

          Additional Qualifications

            ... (list each bullet)

But we need to avoid adding extra headings not in list; using is okay. We could also have a Skills section but maybe not needed as we already covered skills in requirements. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. That's three sections. No Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must ensure we don't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to preserve all substantive information: need to include the list of guiding principles values, the list of sites, the on-site note, etc. Let's extract the About the role content precisely: From job description: "Trystar is at the forefront of advancing power solutions, charged and driven by a committed, dynamic team, tackling complex challenges, and creating innovative solutions.
