As a 96-bed community for adults with multiple sclerosis and other advanced neurological disorders, The Boston Home’s population is younger and more stable than many care facilities, with residents often joining the community in mid-life and residing for 20+ years. You will enjoy the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with the residents for whom you care!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents of The Boston Home.
• Provide appropriate direction and oversight to CNAs to assure that resident care is provided according to the individual care plan and that it meets TBH quality standards.
• Coordinate the delivery of care by other team members.

Requirements

• Valid state nursing license.
• Long-term care experience (RN preferred).
