About the Role

This is a per diem day shift position for our NewYork-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital Pediatric ICU Float Pool. Through our float pools, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of challenges on our highly specialized units, including being a member of the emergency response team, while working with the brightest minds in healthcare to achieve amazing patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a pediatric critical care setting
• Work closely with families to create a healing environment
• Utilize top technology and practice with confidence and compassion
• Participate in the emergency response team and other specialized units
• Expand clinical skills and knowledge across multiple pediatric specialties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Current NYS RN licensure
• BCLS and PALS certification
• NRP and ACLS (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Two years of experience in Pediatric ICU

Preferred Qualifications

• Three plus years of Pediatric ICU nursing experience
• CCRN Certification

Pay

Salary Range: $86.26/hour
