About the role

A compassionate Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care within a recovery-oriented residential setting for individuals with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform health assessments
• Coordinate medical care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Practice trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Assist residents with medications and participate in treatment planning
• Lead therapeutic and educational activities
• Document clinical information accurately
• Respond promptly to crises

Requirements

• Active nursing license
• High school diploma or GED (BS in Nursing preferred)
• 1-2 years of mental health experience (preferred)
• Own transportation and a valid driver’s license

Bilingual skills and forensic experience are a plus.

Schedule

Part-time hours with shifts on weekends.
