About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team. Whether you’re a seasoned nurse or just starting your journey (new grads welcome!), this part-time position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in a mission-driven environment.
Schedule
- Evenings: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Two days per week
- Every other weekend
Pay
- LPN: Starting at $29/hour, based on date of licensure
- RN: Starting at $33/hour, based on date of licensure

Responsibilities
- Institute appropriate nursing interventions to assist with a resident’s condition and/or prevent complications.
- Perform resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status, implementing any required nursing interventions.
- Respond to resident and family concerns, ensuring each concern is documented and a resolution is initiated or communicated to appropriate staff.
- Coordinate admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
- Prepare, administer, and document medications when given.
- Ensure the nurse on duty is informed of all previous shift reports and keep charge nurse and other staff members updated on resident statuses.
- Consult with licensed or registered nurses, physicians, or licensed independent practitioners when appropriate.
- Clarify any order or treatment regimen believed to be inaccurate, ineffective, or contraindicated by consulting with the appropriate licensed provider.
- All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.
Requirements
- Graduate from an Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing.
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio.
- CPR certified.
- Genuine passion for nursing and a heart for serving others.
