About the Role

As a Staff Nurse LPN at Community First Solutions, you’ll work side-by-side with caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You’ll guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork.

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
