About the role
John Scott House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking Staff Nurses to join their team in Braintree, MA.
Responsibilities
- Administer Meds
- Complete Assessments
- Ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents
- Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
- Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and well-being
- Maintain safety of residents
- Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN License in Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
