Staff Nurse - IRL Urology Clinic (100%)

About the role

Iowa River Landing is seeking a patient-centered Staff Nurse to join their Urology Clinic team. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with patients and families, manage health histories, and provide personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clinic visit charts in advance to ensure thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care across different settings.
• Provide direct patient care in the clinic and through nursing triage.
• Perform clinical procedures according to established guidelines.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, serving as a patient advocate.

Requirements

• Current license to practice nursing in Iowa.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, or Master’s degree in Nursing (MNHP or MSN).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in an ambulatory clinic setting.
• Experience working with EPIC.
• Previous triage experience.
• Previous adult and pediatric urology experience (desirable).

Pay

$61,782 to commensurate with experience.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 0730 - 1730 with rotating late shifts.
