Staff Nurse - IRL Pediatrics Specialty (75 - 100%)
The Iowa River Landing Clinic is seeking a Staff Nurse in the General Pediatrics/Pediatric Specialty Clinic. Responsibilities
- Apply nursing theory to assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate patient responses.
- Develop patient care plan based on observations and assessments and recommend interventions to attain expected outcomes.
- Collaborate and integrate information from patient and family into multidisciplinary patient care plan and evaluate responses.
- Evaluate the quality of nursing care provided by other staff members.
- Responsible and accountable for the provision of care for patients.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and serve as a patient advocate.
Requirements
- An Associate’s degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, or Master’s degree in Nursing (MNHP or MSN) is required.
- Current license to practice nursing in Iowa is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience as a nurse.
- Experience in Pediatrics.
- Experience working in an ambulatory clinic setting.
- Experience working with EPIC.
- Previous Triage experience.

Schedule
- 75% effort: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 07:30–18:00 with a 30-minute lunch.
- 100% effort: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 07:30–18:00 with a 30-minute lunch.
- Part of the Saturday Rotation, working every 6–8 weeks on Saturday from 07:30–12:30.
Pay
Pay Grade: $49,426 (at 80%) to commensurate. Starting salary minimum: $52,701.
