POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Has a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
- Associates Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred.
- RN License - Currently licensed as an RN in Massachusetts.
- BLS.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrates continuing education in accordance with State regulations.
- Affirms compliance with unit-specific scope of practice.
- Must be able to speak the English language in an understandable manner.
- Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
ADDENDUM(S) REQUIREMENTS
- ACLS and TNCC required within one year of employment.
- PALS required within 18 months of employment.
