Staff Nurse, Emergency Care Center, Part Time, Mid Shift

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process to provide and document professional nursing care to patients.
• Coordinates and delegates care with other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates patient findings as necessary to appropriate individuals.
• Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues.
• Performs other job-related duties as requested by Department Director, Manager, ECC Supervisor, or Lead/Charge Nurse.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree.
• BLS certified.
• Complete initial competencies as defined (CPI, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIMS 100,200,700) within 12 months of hire.
• Complete arrythmia course within 30 days of hire.
