We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must include only sections with real specific content. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the description. Key info: - Job title: Staff Nurse (already shown elsewhere, not to repeat) - Description: "We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Staff Nurse to join our team. This role responsible for medication administration and monitoring, health assessments, coordination of medical care, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team to support residents’ physical and mental health needs. The ideal candidate is patient, observant, and able to respond effectively in a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment." - Part-Time| Available In the Easton, PA 18042 Salary $31.00/HR Staff Nurse Open Shifts Saturday & Sunday 8am-8pm (24 Hours)Saturday & Sunday 8pm-8am (24 Hours)PRN/Per Diem (weekend availability is required) - Job Summary: repeats similar. - Staff Nurse Responsibilities: long list. - Benefits: "Employees are eligible for generous benefit options including but not limited to: Full-time and Part-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, and additional voluntary options such as disability, accident, and pet insurance." - Requirements: list: High school diploma/GED required; BS in Nursing preferred; 1-2 years of mental health or related experience preferred; Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong reading and writing skills is preferred but not required; Current Driver's License; satisfactory driving record; eligible to operate program vehicles; Must have current nursing license required; Must have own transportation; Forensic experience is preferred. - About COMHAR: description of organization, mission, etc. This could be "About the role" or "About COMHAR"? The instruction: use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have: - About the role: could be the initial description and job summary. We'll combine. - Responsibilities: the list under "Staff Nurse Responsibilities". - Requirements: the list under "Staff Nurse Job Requirements". - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can treat requirements as qualifications. However we need to decide: we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections possible. The posting includes requirements; we could put them under Requirements. Qualifications could be similar but we might not have separate qualifications beyond requirements. Could combine or omit Qualifications if no distinct content. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills? Not explicitly listed; maybe we can infer skills from responsibilities but better not to invent. So we omit Skills. Pay: we have Salary $31.00/HR. Also maybe mention part-time. So we can create Pay section with that. Schedule: we have Open Shifts Saturday & Sunday 8am-8pm (24 Hours) Saturday & Sunday 8pm-8am (24 Hours) PRN/Per Diem (weekend availability is required). So schedule details. We also have location: Easton, PA 18042. Could be part of About the role or a separate metadata; but we can include in About the role paragraph. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers; none present. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, navigation, cookie, legal. The description includes COMHAR mission statement, equal opportunity, drug-free workplace, etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. However the "About COMHAR" paragraph includes mission and description; is that considered boilerplate? It's organizational description, maybe relevant but could be considered generic. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The COMHAR description is not exactly EEO; it's about the organization. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? But we already have About the role; we could include a brief note about COMHAR as part of About the role. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. The COMHAR description includes mission, services, number of people served, zero-tolerance policy, etc. That is substantive about the employer. Could be included under a section like "About the organization" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list does not include About the organization; but we could put it under About the role? Might be stretching. However we could create a section "About COMHAR" but not allowed heading. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add other headings. So we must fit COMHAR description into one of those sections, perhaps About the role (since it's about the role within the organization). We can incorporate a sentence about COMHAR mission etc. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So no

Staff Nurse

. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
