Staff .Net Engineer
About Us
NeuroFlow was founded by CEO Christopher Molaro, a West Point graduate and former army platoon leader who served in Iraq. After experiencing firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system, Chris teamed up with co-founder Adam Pardes while pursuing his MBA at Wharton. Together, they created NeuroFlow to systematically integrate behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem, ensuring no one who needs support falls through the cracks.
We partner with healthcare leaders to drive better outcomes, lower total cost of care, and make behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. Our platform identifies population behavioral health risk early, engages individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enables care teams to make smarter, more efficient decisions.
Our award-winning culture is built around encouragement, flexibility, and agility. We thrive in a fast-paced environment where team members are empowered to drive meaningful change in an industry ripe for transformation.
