About the role
We are seeking a Staff Machine Learning Scientist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and applying machine learning models to solve complex problems within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate on model improvements.
- Document and present findings to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and/or data science.
- Experience with Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
