STAFF MD CARDIOLOGY

Job Summary

A noninvasive cardiologist is needed for an outpatient setting to replace a retiring physician. The practice includes one physician and two Advanced Practice Providers.

Responsibilities

• General cardiology clinic
• EKG interpretation
• Ambulatory monitoring
• Transthoracic echo
• Potential for nuclear stress testing and stress echo
• Device management skills a plus

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board certification or eligibility for certification by the appropriate governing body
• Valid Vermont medical license to practice
• Valid Vermont DEA license
• CPR for Healthcare Providers
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and treat conditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying updated with emerging trends and research
