Responsibilities
- Manage and track executive taskings, staffing actions, and organizational requirements.
- Cook up senior-level meetings, briefings, and leadership engagements.
- Prepare executive correspondence, briefing materials, information papers, and memorandums.
- Maintain accountability of staffing actions and disseminate information across the enterprise.
- Cook up personnel actions and organizational initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review Army and DoD-level memorandums and executive communications.
- Utilize ETMS2 to manage and report executive actions and taskings.
- Support leadership with planning, reporting, and organizational management activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Military/Government Education: Army Captain's Career Course (CCC), Senior NCO Course, or Military Department/Intelligence Community equivalent.
- Experience: 12 years of staff management, executive support, or leadership experience; 8 years of G-Staff or Action Officer experience supporting a strategic intelligence organization, including: Staffing action accountability, senior-level meeting and briefing coordination, personnel action coordination, enterprise-wide information dissemination; 5 years preparing executive correspondence and briefings.
- Knowledge & Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); Advanced proficiency with Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2); Working knowledge of ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707; Experience interpreting policy and drafting Army and DoD-level memorandums; Strong written, verbal, organizational, and leadership skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
