Responsibilities
- Own the complete IDV ML stack, managing various model types from detection to production enforcement
- Build identity-graph systems using GNNs for fraud detection and prevention at onboarding
- Develop models for real-time anomaly detection and classification of bot versus human interactions
- Drive vendor ML strategy through benchmarking and establishing dynamic routing logic
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, collaborating with cross-company ML system design stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years deploying production ML systems at scale with strong technical leadership
- Experience in identity verification, biometrics, or account integrity with applied ML in computer vision, GNNs, sequence models, or NLP/LLMs
- Expert-level Python skills with production experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proven ability to translate KYC/AML requirements and fraud trends into actionable ML roadmaps
- Understanding of responsible generative AI use maintaining human oversight
