Staff, Machine Learning Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Associate Productivity and Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI-driven intelligent product development, experience in full-stack development, and a passion for creating customer-centric products.

What you'll do:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models, AI agents, and machine learning services
• Collaborate with product managers to design user journeys and analyze user telemetry
• Propose and implement AI/ML use-cases to improve business processes
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end system architectures for AI/ML and data-intensive applications
• Support the coaching and training of other team members
• Conduct research to identify emerging tools and methodologies in the field of AI/ML

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design, development, deployment, and maintenance of highly scalable, robust, and user-centric full-stack/GenAI/ML products and applications
• Industry-level experience in developing production-grade AI/ML systems with major technology companies or AI-native start-ups
• Experience with Python, mainstream machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud infrastructure (Open Stack, Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate, and optimize systems and tools
• Experience with Agile Methodology and CI/CD tools

Additional Compensation:

• Annual salary range: $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 for Bentonville, AR location
• Annual salary range: $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 for Sunnyvale, CA location
• Performance-based bonuses

Qualifications:

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI systems or related area
• Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI systems or related area
• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI systems or related area
