Staff Level Electrical Engineer

About the role
As a Staff Level Electrical Engineer for Pittsfield Hardware Engineering, you’ll be a member of the Senior Engineering Manager's staff and assigned to support cross-functional teams on one or more programs/projects at a time based on current business needs. This will involve providing subject matter expertise related to Electrical Engineering, supporting estimating efforts and project management needs, providing emergent troubleshooting support, and serving as a senior review authority. You will also be tasked with supporting process improvement efforts along with mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship is required

Pay
Target salary range: USD $149,902.00/Yr. - USD $166,298.00/Yr.
Schedule
This position is fully on-site or Hybrid/Flex. While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield, MA facility.
