About the role

Form Energy is hiring a Staff HRIS Analyst to assist with the technical support of various People technology ecosystems, primarily Oracle Cloud HCM. As a member of the People Systems team, this role will optimize system functionality, test and implement new features, and ensure HR technology and processes meet evolving business needs. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

  • Supports administration of and updates to current system configuration, data architecture, workflows, and processes.
  • Identifies opportunities for optimization, automation, and simplification to streamline core HR processes and system usage.
  • Partners with the People Systems team to identify breakdowns in system processes and functionality, escalate support needs, and implement break-fix resolutions.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize, test, and implement system enhancements, releases, and changes.
  • Helps to develop, execute, and document test scripts.
  • Supports administration of HR data tables and partners with key stakeholders to complete recurring data integrity audits.
  • Assists with ongoing monitoring of HR integrations and escalation of interface failures.
  • Creates end-user documentation for HR teams, managers, and employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience working directly with the technical aspects of Human Resources data and systems.
  • Administrator experience in the Oracle HCM application and related modules.
  • Experience writing Oracle Fast Formulas and using SQL.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting HR functions and projects.
  • Experience using business analytical skills including facilitating sessions and documenting activity workflows and business requirements.
  • Experience providing high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Intermediate-level skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay

Compensation Range: $128,660 - $184,966
