Job Summary
Responsibilities
Provides primarily technical support with some administrative support to geological, geophysical, and/or petrophysical personnel.
Responsible for loading, entering, verifying, manipulating, analyzing, and reporting data related to well logs and seismic activity; providing advanced user support for software systems; and serving as a liaison to Information Systems personnel for more complex issues.

- Oversees the installation and maintenance of software systems and databases
- Serves as an advanced technical resource across disciplines
- Supports acquisition, maintenance, and optimization of geoscience software, hardware, and data resources
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of geoscience technical support, geologic/geographic, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform advanced technical support, advanced data analyses, and recommendations based on interpretation of data
