Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions that support our mission of enhancing patient care and streamlining healthcare processes.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications that serve as the backbone of our healthcare AI platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical designs and user-friendly interfaces.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations with various healthcare systems and third-party services.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) to ensure high reliability and maintainability of our software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack, from front-end functionality to back-end infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise to foster their growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews, ensuring adherence to design principles and standards.
- Engage in agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve team workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in fullstack web development, with a focus on modern technologies and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills with a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions.
- Deep understanding of modern web application development, including proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).
- Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and implement effective solutions across multiple services.
- Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code, with adherence to software development best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate designs, architecture, and technical concepts clearly.
- A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
