Staff Full Stack Software Engineer- Orbit Platform

Day To Day Activities

• Develop innovative, polished software features using technologies such as Node.js, Golang, Python, React, Express, Typescript, and cloud capabilities
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Field Applications, Customers, and other software engineering teams to ensure that you’re working on the right features
• Maintain and improve core Orbit platform features and cloud operations by triaging and fixing incoming issues, participating in on-call rotations, and automating tasks and tests
• Design core pieces of software architecture which touch a wide vertical surface - from on-robot code to cloud services

Desired Skills

• 5+ years of experience building production-quality software
• Strong foundational knowledge of networking, server-side technologies, and client-side technologies
• Prior experience working in a software platform team building core infrastructure features
• Experience with some of the following technologies: LLM integrations, Kubernetes, Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-code tools, public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and/or GCP

Pay

The base pay range for this position is between $140,000 to $170,000 annually.
