Staff Full Stack Engineer

The Staff Full Stack Engineer will own technical decision-making and ship products end-to-end across the stack. This role involves building platforms that power the next generation of audio AI for leading AI labs and enterprises, working closely with research engineers on data collection, curation, and iteration. It is a high-autonomy position for an engineer comfortable making consequential decisions quickly and with incomplete information. Job title Staff Full Stack Engineer Company MeeBoss Location San Francisco, CA (On-site) What you will do Own and drive 0-to-1 product development across the full stack, from problem definition through production launch and iteration.Make key technical decisions with speed and limited data, balancing long-term architecture against delivery pressure.Design and build scalable systems that ingest, process, and serve terabytes of audio data reliably.Build and maintain customer-facing web applications and internal tooling using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.Develop backend services and data models with Node.js, tRPC, and PostgreSQL on AWS infrastructure.Build real-time and batch audio processing pipelines using WebRTC, FFmpeg, and Python.Collaborate closely with research engineers on data collection, annotation, and model iteration workflows.Mentor junior engineers, lead code and design reviews, and set technical standards as the team grows.Ship to production daily, taking ownership of the quality, reliability, and observability of what you build. What we are looking for Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.Experience with Full-stack Development.Knowledge of AWS infrastructure.Strong System Design skills.
