Salary: $180K/yr - $210K/yr Why Join Us: • AI-native healthcare enterprise platform helping health systems safely capture the trillion-dollar healthcare AI opportunity across clinical, operational, and financial workflows• Raised $125M Series B led by NEA, now supporting 400,000+ users across leading U.S. health systems with 10x revenue growth in the past year• Founding team brings experience from Stanford Medicine, Waymo, Haven, Evolent Health, Elevance Health, UCSF, IHI, and Weill Cornell Medicine• Join a small, exceptionally high-performing team where every role directly shapes how leading health systems adopt AI safely, responsibly, and at scale Role Responsibilities • Develop and implement the user experience of our AI SaaS platform and integrate it into the rest of our infrastructure• Write clean, maintainable code using modern front-end tech stacks• Optimize the platform experience for speed and scalability• Rapidly iterate based on user feedback and analytics• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture Qualifications Required • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design or a related field is required• Strong skills in HTML5, CSSs, JavaScript (ES6 or later), and modern front-end frameworks (especially React / Vite)• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization and accessibility standards• Experience with Tailwind, Shadcn or any other design systems and ability to build scalable components• Experience consuming different data exchange apis like REST, GraphQL and readiness to support integrating front end implementations with upstream services• Ability to rapidly translate designs into functional code• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Attention to detail and passion to build user-centric UIs, have a keen eye on user experience and usability with customer-first mindset• Experience writing tests using Jest, React testing framework, Playwrite• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Has worked in an Agile development environment• Able to work onsite in Palo Alto 3 days/week Preferred • 8+ years of full time, relevant industry experience• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)• Knowledge of modern front-end build tools, processes and pipelines (Webpack, NPM, Github actions)• Hands on experience building/consuming highly scalable apis for complex microservices• Previous experience on production scale SaaS platforms or AI projects How can I join Jobright TNT: If this is your first time applying to a Jobright TNT role, the process works as follows: 1.
