Staff Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute high-quality code and features directly to the company product and systems
• Engage strategically with customers to resolve urgent technical challenges
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer adoption of the company products
• Translate findings from customer interactions into durable product improvements
• Lead thought leadership initiatives based on real user experiences and insights

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in product engineering or platform engineering roles
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and Go for code contributions
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps practices including CI/CD and security compliance
• Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and coordinate across multiple teams
• Strong written communication skills for producing technical documentation and narratives
