About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Map existing and potential workflows in the assigned business domain
• Identify opportunities for AI, ML, and automation to enhance efficiency
• Build comprehensive business cases and align on priorities with domain leadership
• Design future-state workflows outlining agent and human interactions
• Establish agents and automation pipelines using approved platforms and frameworks
• Run and monitor agents in production, tracking relevant KPIs and performance metrics
• Iterate on workflows based on evaluations and observations to improve agent performance

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a technical role focused on automation and AI solutions
• Proficient in SQL and Python scripting, with hands-on technical fluency in APIs and webhooks
• Experience in mapping workflows in business domains and identifying efficiency opportunities
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and relevant technologies like CLIs and LLMs
• Strong judgment in both technical and process aspects, capable of prioritizing effectively

Pay

$152,100 – $190,100 annually
