Staff Experience Designer

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Staff Experience Designer to shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive experiences across consumer-facing products to create personalized user journeys
• Lead experience design briefs across various interfaces to enhance customer engagement
• Craft narratives and value propositions for new features and experiences
• Define and own experience frameworks that map key customer journeys
• Shape content and information architecture to enhance user comprehension
• Codify principles to enhance user decision-making and emotional engagement
• Utilize AI-assisted prototyping in the design process, aligning with the brand and system

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consumer-facing digital product design across web and mobile
• Fluency in multiple design languages including content design and UX/product design
• Strong focus on continuity, cohesion, and brand differentiation
• Proven track record working with product and business leaders to manage complex design processes
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with a strong portfolio of data-driven design work

Pay

$194,000 – $246,000 annually
