Key Responsibilities
- Conduct integration activities in a dedicated lab environment, coordinating with customers
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain a multi-vendor lab environment (digital, fiber, 1394 bus systems)
- Perform digital-bus troubleshooting and fault-code interpretation for PHM
- Resolve integration issues in a proactive, self-managed manner
- Apply RF experience for signal integrity, interference mitigation, and test procedures
- Work with Anonymous Subscriber Messaging protocol, ensuring secure, compliant data exchanges
- Attend quarterly training sessions in San Diego
- Provide timely remote status updates to management and customers
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Maintain good customer relations
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in STEM field with 12 years of experience; 10 years with a Master's Degree; 8 years with a Ph.D., 4 years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
- Laboratory integration experience
- An active US Government Secret security clearance
- Candidate must be willing to work extended hours and non-standard shifts.
- Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain a multi-vendor lab environment (digital, fiber, 1394 bus systems)
- Experience with RF and digital testing and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Fighter Aircraft support equipment or aircraft experience
- CNI integration and test experience
- Familiarity with DoD maintenance manuals and military standard maintenance practices
- Working knowledge of engineering tools such as PDM
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) clearance
