About the role

The High Performance Power (HPP) group at Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Power Segment Marketing Manager to join our team in Wilmington MA, Durham NC or Limerick, Ireland. This role plays a strategic role in driving growth across Healthcare, Communications, Aerospace, and Defence segments.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously assess market dynamics, regulatory trends, and competitive positioning across target segments; translate insights into actionable segment strategies and roadmap priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and ecosystem partners; represent the voice of the customer internally to influence solution development and positioning.
  • Develop and deliver system-level, roadmap, and product presentations tailored to target applications; drive clear and compelling value propositions for customers and field teams.
  • Lead, decide and implement Power bundling pricing for vertical segments.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators including revenue, design wins, and opportunity pipeline; provide regular updates against quarterly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Line teams, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to ensure aligned messaging, coordinated product launches, and successful go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with ≥5 years’ experience in product or segment marketing (preferably in semiconductors, power electronics, or related fields).
  • Experience or familiarity with at least one target segment: Defense/Avionics, Medical, or Telecommunications.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insight into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to articulate complex technical value propositions clearly.
  • Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
