As a Staff Engineer II, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on a wide variety of transportation projects while gaining hands-on experience and exposure to the full project lifecycle. About The Role In this role, you will support the planning, design, and delivery of roadway and transportation projects that serve local communities in St. Louis and Missouri. Our Team tackles a wide variety of transportation projects from complex geometric designs such as Diverging Diamond Interchanges (DDIs) and roundabouts, to roadway widening safety improvement projects, to ADA sidewalk improvements, and cyclist and pedestrian trail projects. We strive to deliver high-quality construction plans to our clients, improving the infrastructure and day-to-day lives of our communities. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and collaborate across disciplines including Water Resources, Structural, Municipal Services, and Construction. Because we're a close-knit team, you'll receive direct mentorship, meaningful project responsibilities, and opportunities to continue growing your technical expertise.
