About the role

Shield AI is a federal contractor or subcontractor subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil right laws and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced artificial intelligence solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new technologies
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of Shield AI’s AI capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI development and deployment
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of AI algorithms and techniques
  • Experience with natural language processing and computer vision

  • Experience with data science and statistical analysis

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
