Staff Engineer, Experience Engineering

Responsibilities

• Design and build next-generation user experiences across the company's suite of products
• Collaborate with product teams to equip them with tools that support an excellent user experience
• Mentor engineers to strengthen technical rigor and system design across the team
• Ensure operational excellence for the experience platform, including monitoring and incident response
• Drive the implementation of robust telemetry and alerting systems

Qualifications

• 10+ years building large-scale products for sophisticated users
• Experience designing interfaces and technology for consumer-grade enterprise applications
• Strong technical leadership capabilities in setting direction and influencing teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS and GCP, and various data stores
