Staff Engineer (Defense)

What You Will Do

• Lead the most complex and high impact technical challenges in our Defense unit.
• Architect new solutions and mentor other software engineers.
• Define what engineering excellence looks like.

What We Value

• Strong software development skills, specifically in Python, Rust, JavaScript, Typescript.
• Experience with building infrastructure in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
• Proficient in leveraging modern LLM tools to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality.
• Experience working with time-series and geospatial data.
• Talent and experience to lead.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing business priorities.
