About the Role

Required to perform a variety of duties, mainly Sheetrock, mudding, and painting. The job also includes minor repairs of the facility, electrical, and plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform painting of the facility.
  • Perform replacement and installation of ceiling tiles.
  • Install TVs and related cable.
  • Repair plumbing leaks to sinks, commodes, piping, etc.
  • Make necessary repairs to the physical plant.
  • Be familiar with necessary tools.
  • Follow OSHA's Lock Out/Tag Out and Confined Space rules when applicable.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
