Responsibilities

• Determine optimal manufacturing methods and processes for producing company products from start‑up, building the product line, through satisfactory production.
• Analyze engineering design documents to establish manufacturing methods and processes to manufacture a component.
• Create conceptual sketches and initiate the design and building of required tooling.
• Support manufacturing operations in the production of filtration products by improving Safety, Ergonomics, On‑Time Delivery (OTD), Productivity and increasing yields.
• Identify and develop all production, assembly & test processes and procedures.
• Ensure products are produced in the safest and most economical manner while adhering to ultimate quality characteristics and product design integrity.
• Partner with direct manufacturing operations on safety, quality, productivity and timely delivery to external customers.
