For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Staff Engineer to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams to develop software applications with various technologies
- Mentor junior team members in software delivery and best practices
- Manage complete solutions through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build vision and solve complex problems for enterprise applications
- Ensure quality, usability, and performance of software solutions
- Conduct design sessions and code reviews to enhance engineering quality
- Facilitate system training and share best practices across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer or a related role
- 3 years in architecture and design of solutions/systems, DevOps, Cloud Architecture, and Azure DevOps
- 2 years with Azure Network/Salesforce and open-source frameworks like .Net Core, ASP.Net, Angular, or Express

Pay
$178,214 – $230,000 annually
