Fehr Graham is a fast-growing Midwest engineering and environmental firm looking for a motivated Staff Engineer eager to work on diverse projects, from municipal to environmental engineering. We’re focused on shaping the future of our communities and need an enthusiastic engineer ready to tackle a wide range of projects, learn, and make a difference. This role includes a guaranteed seat in Blueprint, our new early-career leadership program for engineers. Over six months, participants engage in a hands-on curriculum covering professional development, business acumen, and project delivery through case studies, simulations, and role-play exercises. Topics include project economics, communication, and leadership fundamentals, culminating in an in-person capstone event where participants present their work and outline goals for the year ahead.

Responsibilities
- Provide civil, municipal, land development, and/or environmental engineering services using prescribed methods.
- Work on specific and limited portions of an experienced engineer’s assignments.
- Apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies in results, and follow standard office procedures.
- Collaborate with clients and firm project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.
- Work alongside fellow staff engineers, project engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers to learn and develop leadership skills that build autonomy.
