About the role
Century West Engineering, a premier Northwest civil engineering consulting firm, is seeking an Engineer-in-Training to join our Lake Oswego office. We are open to candidates at various stages of their career, from recent graduates to those with several years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of preliminary design specifications and drawings
- Visit job sites for field activity observation and confirm field activities are consistent with design plans and specifications
- Perform engineering calculations
- Coordinate with and review design work from other engineers and technicians
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Recent graduate or up to four years of relevant experience
- Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering exam and making progress toward professional licensure
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Microstation
- Good technical and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites

Pay
The complete salary range for this position is $66,100-$90,600.
