About the role
As Staff Engineer – Advanced Manufacturing, you will serve as a technical focal for rotating parts manufacturing and will support one of four core business areas: Small Turbine Disks; Medium Turbine Disks; Shafts and Spools; Seals. In this role, you will lead and develop advanced manufacturing solutions across both current-state production and future-state capability building, partnering closely with NC Programmers, CMM Programmers, and Methods Planners to drive CNC programming, inspection programming, process development, and project execution.
