Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.

About the Role

As an Engagement Manager, you will be key to creating an excellent end-to-end experience for Google’s top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product-aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Advise Google's top Ads clients on technical and product solutions to resolve business challenges.
  • Develop product-anchored client growth plans that drive adoption within an AI-led advertising ecosystem.
  • Design and finalize Platinum Services Plans (PSPs) and curated account plans to align resources with client focus areas.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of services plans in collaboration with cross-functional execution and media teams.
  • Manage planning, prioritization, and execution for the pod to prioritize growth opportunities and regular progress debriefs.

Pay

US: $174,000 - $252,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
