BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a similar degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with common electrical test equipment and sensors.
- Strong automation scripting, data analysis and file processing skills.
- Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- - Experience working with automated equipment within a thermal testing environment, ideally within the aerospace or automotive industry.
- - Proficiency in Python.
- - Experience with MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar software.
- - Strong understanding of system-level testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- - Executing work orders to support system-level electrical validation.
- - Configuring avionics systems for testing within thermal and vibration environmental test chambers.
- - Reviewing and processing data collected from test systems.
- - Reporting test findings using standardized documentation and reporting methods.
- - Identifying and reporting non-conformance issues related to test systems and units under test.
- - Writing and maintaining Python automation scripts to support data acquisition, test execution, and post-processing activities.
- - Troubleshooting and resolving issues involving electrical systems and data acquisition systems during testing.
