Physical Demands

  • Stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, and change positions as needed.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. as required.
  • Push, pull, and maneuver up to 100 lbs., including resident mobility assistance.
  • Perform tasks requiring visual acuity, hearing, and verbal communication.
  • Use electronic health record systems and standard office equipment.

Education & Skills

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Maintains current state registration and required continuing education.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop complete and effective educational programs.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and education planning capability.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, residents, families, and community partners.
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and accept constructive feedback.
