Staff Development Instuctor (RN)

Responsibilities

• Assessing, developing, and delivering education to health care staff to support competency development.
• Ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices that promote safe, high quality patient care.
• Planning and facilitating orientation, skills training, and continuing education.
• Integrating principles of human development across the lifespan into educational activities.
• Contributing to policy and program development.
• Maintaining compliance metrics and meeting assigned deadlines.
• Supporting organizational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Education, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare education, training, or development is required. Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred. Experience in adult learning theory and teaching methodologies is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
