Responsibilities

  • Ensure completion of staff competencies and annual training
  • Conduct in-services, audits, and education to promote best practices within the facility
  • Aid with the orientation of all new employees
  • Be an example of best practices within the facility
  • Head antibiotic stewardship program
  • Maintain infection control log
  • Work hours as assigned
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Licence in good standing in the state of MA
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, residents, and family members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care and services, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction
