About the role
The RN Staff Development Coordinator plans, organizes, and directs all in-service education activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Responsibilities
- Train and educate nursing and other staff
- Develop and implement educational programs
- Maintain training records
- Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
- Adhere to company policies and maintain integrity
- Complete ongoing mandatory training
Requirements
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Active RN license
- CPR certification (must be maintained)
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing and teaching experience
