Staff Developer Experience Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Developer Experience Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will shape the developer tooling, delivery workflows, and internal platform foundations that help engineering teams ship reliably and efficiently. You will define the architecture and roadmap for development enablement, with a strong focus on standardizing production paths, improving automation, and strengthening build and release practices. Partnering closely with cross-functional engineering teams, you will drive measurable improvements in developer productivity, observability, and delivery confidence across the organization.
