Responsibilities
- Cook up and execute new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Create, plan, and deliver employee training and educational sessions.
- Analyze organizational training needs and suggest development strategies.
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, manuals, and other educational resources.
- Collaborate with department heads to design personalized employee development plans.
- Participate in leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Assist Human Resources with policy implementation and employee communications.
- Stay updated on employment laws, healthcare regulations, and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, Training, Staff Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
