Responsibilities

  • Cook up and execute new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Create, plan, and deliver employee training and educational sessions.
  • Analyze organizational training needs and suggest development strategies.
  • Create and maintain training materials, presentations, manuals, and other educational resources.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design personalized employee development plans.
  • Participate in leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.
  • Assist Human Resources with policy implementation and employee communications.
  • Stay updated on employment laws, healthcare regulations, and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, Training, Staff Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
