Staff Design Engineer, Stormwater

About the role

Responsible for leading engineering projects from concept to completion. Works closely with clients to define project scope, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and coordinate with clients to develop detailed project plans
• Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients
• Monitor project costs and timelines, making adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment
• Ensure project safety and quality standards are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer License preferred
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)

Pay
