Staff Design Engineer, Insights

Responsibilities

• Arcitect & build internal tools and workflow infrastructure to streamline design operations
• Design and build high-fidelity prototypes in LLM-powered applications for testing assumptions
• Develop a prototyping toolkit and processes for democratizing building within the Insights environment
• Raise the quality bar of insight experiences by collaborating with production engineers
• Identify leverage points in workflows to reduce friction and enhance designer impact

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience at the intersection of design & engineering
• Hands-on experience building & shipping LLM-powered apps or agentic systems
• A portfolio showcasing production-level shipped products with attention to detail
• Experience working within design organizations, earning designers' trust
• Growth mindset with an appetite for continuous learning and experimentation
